In accordance with the Freedom of Information Act the following documents are available for information:
- Minutes of Council and sub-committee meetings – limited to the last 2 years
- Procedural Standing Orders
- Council’s Annual Report to Parish Meeting
- Members’ Register of Interests & Register of Members’ Interest Book
- Changes to electoral arrangements & Periodic Electoral Review of Harwell Parish
- Information relating to last boundary review of Harwell Parish
- Terms and conditions of employment & job descriptions
- Responses to planning applications – limited to the last year
- Parish Plan
- Audit – Annual Return & Report by Auditor – limited to the last financial year
- Precept and VAT records – limited to the last financial year
- Assets Register & Risk Assessments
Hard copies of the information will be made available on request from the Clerk; alternatively the information will be made available for inspection by prior arrangement at a mutually convenient time. A charge of £5 plus VAT will be levied for a maximum of 5 single sided A4 sheets; any copies thereafter will be charged at 20p per A4 sheet.
