Harwell Charities
Robert Loder, who kept his farm accounts from 1610 - 20 was born an Elizabethan in 1589, but grew up to make his book in the reign of James I. The agricultural prosperity and countryside peace during which Shakespeare wrote was as its height. Of their comparative plenty, Harwell people began to donate lands for charity.
