Re-siting of internal stud and plasterboard walls on top floor, installed in 1989, to create a bathroom. Installation of bathroom. Increase height of garden fence on boundary between property garden and shared private drive to increase privacy. Rebuild section of front wall to Church Lane to overcome tilting.
