Erection of a set of metal railings to the front of the property in lieu of the post and ornamental chain arrangement. Replacement of the 20th C panelled front door with boarded door. Relocation of the incoming electrical supply and fuseboard within the property. Installation of recessed lights within the first floor ceilings. Strengthening of the upper floor structures to both bedrooms. Installation of gas central heating system comprising of new boiler/flue, hot water cylinder, radiators and associated pipework.
