PC Comments Objection to original application February 2020 on following grounds – The application exceeds the original approved maximum number of homes at the site in a previous application the higher number of homes was rejected Another house would lead to an increase in the number of vehicles ingressing/egressing the site There is significantly more hardstanding in this application, and these non-permeable surfaces will contribute to increased run-off affecting Reading Road and residents living on the opposite side of the road Paragraph 7.4 gives a nonsensical explanation
