PC Comments | Response 20.8.2020 - No objections but not clear why this application is related to the original Meadow View application for 63 houses which has been superseded by the new application for 76 houses. Planners to be asked to clarify. No comments on amendments Nov 2020, Feb 2021 Planning Cttee response March 2021 - Committee wished to reiterate previous objections. Supports the Highways Officer’s comments on the path – should be on both sides of the access road going onto the B4493, in the interests of pedestrian amenity. Planning Cttee response June 2021 - Committee welcomed the shared path extensions to development at Long Reach and Valley Park and the retention of the path along both sides of the access road but would prefer that the pavement near the junction with Didcot Road is not narrowed below 2m wide. |
