Vehicles coming out of the site need to give way to the traffic on the A4130 so vehicles entering or exiting the site should also need to give way to the pedestrians & cyclists on the shared footpath. Hence there is no need for the 'cyclists dismount' signs Not acceptable for a 5 year period yet report states no road safety issues identified for NMUs |
