Login to Control Panel (see separate notes)
Scroll down to the EMAIL Section, and select Forwarders.
Select the domain to manage (harwellparish.co.uk)
Note that default is to display just 10 entries. At the bottom of the list you can select a page size, say 100 and they will all appear.
To delete a forwarder: just hit Delete, against the appropriate forwarder
To change a forwarder you first have to delete it, then add it again with the new details.

Then complete
In address to forward add just the first bit of the address e.g. clerk. The domain will default to harwellparish.co.uk
In Destination > Forward to Email Address add the target email address
Hit, Add Forwarder
Note that when one address forwards to multiple addresses, you need to enter each forwarder individually.

If you want a list of all the forwarders, make sure Page Size is large enough to show them all at the same time.
Swipe over over the whole list to select it. Copy the selection (Cntrl-C)
Open NotePad (Do not try to paste driectly into Word or an Email, it will take forever trying to handle the buttons like Delete)
Paste (Cntrl-V) the selection into Notepad. Select all again (Cntrl-A), copy Cntrl-C) and now you can paste into an email etc. The gap between the two addresses will be a TAB, which you can adjust to have everything line up properly.
